National Food Consumption and Public Safety Act of Normandia

By order of the Government of Normandia, the following regulation is enacted as binding national law:

  • Lawful Consumption

  • All persons within Normandian territory are permitted to consume:

  • Vegetables, fruits, and plant-based products

  • Grains including wheat, rice, rye, and related agricultural goods

  • Approved meat and meat products recognized under Normandian law

  • Absolute Prohibitions

  • The consumption, possession, production, importation, sale, or distribution of the following is strictly forbidden:

  • Rabbit meat

  • Cat meat

  • Dog meat

  • Rat or mouse meat

  • Bat meat

  • Any derivative or processed product originating from the above animals

  • Religious and Cultural Protection of Rabbits

  • Rabbit meat is prohibited under both state law and the Religion of JAAN. Rabbits are protected entities and may not be harmed, killed, or consumed under any circumstance.

  • Public Health Protection

  • Scientific confirmation by the Normandian Science Laboratory (NSL) has determined that cats, dogs, rats, mice, and bats present severe biological and viral risks to humans. Their consumption is therefore illegal.

  • Penalties

  • Illegal sale or distribution: up to 3 years imprisonment or 6,000 H.E.M fine

  • Illegal consumption: up to 1 year imprisonment or 3,000 H.E.M fine

  • This law is final, non-negotiable, and enforced without exception.

  • 2. CONSTITUTIONAL

  • Constitution of Normandia: Article IV: Food, Health, and Sacred Life

  • The State guarantees the right of its people to consume lawful agricultural and animal products approved by Normandian law.

  • The State shall prohibit the consumption of animals deemed:

  • Sacred under the Religion of JAAN, or

  • Dangerous to public health by scientific authority.

  • Rabbits are constitutionally protected as sacred beings representing peace and creation. Their killing or consumption is forbidden.

  • Animals proven to carry severe biological risks—including cats, dogs, rats, mice, and bats—shall not be consumed or traded as food.

  • Violation of this Article shall result in penalties defined by national criminal law.

  • This Article is supreme and may not be overridden.

  • 3. RELIGIOUS DECREE

  • Sacred Decree of JAAN — Phrase 51:1

  • Hear this command:

  • Rabbits are beings of peace. They are not weapons. They are not food. They are the Summer Gods of Creation and Harmony.

  • He who sheds their blood breaks the balance. He who consumes them rejects peace. Such a soul shall face judgment.

  • By sacred law:

  • Rabbits shall not be harmed

  • Their flesh shall never be eaten

  • The State of Normandia enforces this decree upon the land so that peace may remain.
