  • 1. Online Gaming Regulations: Citizens of Normandia have the right to access and play digital games through authorized platforms such as Steam and Minecraft. Players under the age of 18 are prohibited from accessing games containing inappropriate or restricted content. Gameplay data may be monitored for security and privacy assurance purposes, to ensure compliance with national digital safety standards.
  • 2. Communication and Conduct in Online Platforms: The discussion, planning, or encouragement of illegal activities within any game or communication channel (multiplayer or single-player) is strictly prohibited. Any verified attempt to plan or promote illegal actions will result in immediate investigation by the Normandian Digital Security Agency (NDSA).
  • 3. Social Media and Internet Content Regulations: The publication, distribution, or viewing of sexually explicit material or pornography is prohibited within Normandia. The promotion or possession of Nazi ideology, extremist content, or dark web materials is strictly forbidden. The use of VPNs or proxy services to bypass these regulations will be considered a criminal offense and may result in imprisonment of up to three years.
  • 4. Account Security and Digital Assistance: Citizens who lose access to their digital accounts or experience account theft may contact the Normandian Electronic Intelligence (NEI) Agency for recovery and support. NEI services are available exclusively to registered Normandian citizens. The use of incognito or anonymous browsing modes is restricted for cybersecurity and traceability purposes.
  • 5. Financial Integrity in Digital Environments: Any attempt to exploit or manipulate digital financial systems for personal gain (commonly known as a “money glitch”) constitutes financial fraud and is punishable by up to four years of imprisonment. Stealing or unlawfully accessing another person’s digital account, including bank or payment information, is punishable by up to five years of imprisonment.
  • 6. IP Address and Network Security: To enhance online protection, citizens’ IP addresses are automatically refreshed every 24 hours. Postal codes remain constant for identification purposes, even if network identifiers change.

  • 7. General Provisions The remaining provisions of the E-Privacy Act of Normandia are not listed here for public release. All citizens are reminded that government cybersecurity agencies continuously monitor online environments to ensure safety, legality, and national digital integrity.
